Individual Coaching

To make lasting change (whether in a professional or personal context) we need to go deeper than traditional coaching approaches. 

We need to create an element of awareness around our unique experiences and how they shape our beliefs and behaviours.

Self Concept coaching doesn’t create a division between your goals and who you are.  We actively encourage you to bring your whole self to the session, not just your “work” self.  The ability to do that plays a pivotal role in achieving successful outcomes.

The Self Concept surpasses conventional coaching methods, enabling a profound comprehension of goals and a response to change that is more intimately integrated on a personal level.

Typically, the emphasis is placed on changing or developing a particular professional or personal objective.  The objective can be pre-determined, or identified within the sessions. We collaborate to create strategies and actions that are consistent with these objectives.

The main goal is to engage in work that is meaningful and supportive, and can significantly enhance your professional or personal development. Hopefully with an element of humour!

In addition, we explore and develop a deeper personal level of understanding in relation to the objective.  How are our internal thoughts and beliefs impacting on our ability to reach our goal? How, where necessary,  do we challenge those beliefs and create awareness for change?

Our sessions

Typically, we schedule 6 to 12 sessions, each lasting 75 minutes. You can choose between comfortable and relaxed settings in Brighton or London, opt for Zoom coaching, or have sessions arranged at your workplace.

 

Each session is £180 and I offer a complimentary 45 minute chemistry meeting so we can meet and talk through any questions you may have.
